Artificial Intelligence is here, and it is rapidly transforming the world around us! As a software developer in the 1980s and 90s I came across AI, or Neural Networks as we called it then, and saw bold visions from companies like Apple (see more here). Since then, the technology has advanced far beyond what many of us imagined. The view of how AI will contribute to healthcare is still developing, but who better to ask than AI itself to weigh in on its potential in healthcare.

“AI will assist doctors in diagnosing diseases, help personalize treatments and predict patient outcomes. It will automate repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and improve decision-making through data analysis. Ultimately, AI is positioned to enhance human capabilities, save time and reduces errors.” — ChatGPT-4 |
AI’s core values of efficiency, time saving, and offloading tedious tasks align perfectly with AutoRemind. I started AutoRemind as an appointment reminder service and grew it into a broad automation platform that serves human and animal health providers, making them more efficient. We have started using AI in out technology and plan to integrate a lot more over time.
AutoRemind has been using AI across our operations from marketing to software development. In 2024, we launched an AI component in our reminder system. In 2025, we are in the process of rolling out an enhanced AI-enabled mass communication platform designed to make client communication process even simpler. With the vision of providing state-of-the-art practice automation and client communication solutions, our future roadmap includes several additional AI products and enhancements.
Over the years, AutoRemind has consistently promoted the idea of healthcare offices having a "digital employee". While we’re not unveiling a humanoid robot anytime soon, we are standing by our commitment to providing automation and our pitch for getting a digital employee remains. I feel that what we have done thus far is just the beginning!
